Fantasy Football League - Terms & Conditions

  1. The 2018 World Cup Fantasy Football League Competition (“the Campaign”) is organised by Brookson Limited of Brunel House, 340 Firecrest Court, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1RG (“Brookson”) and is open to existing customers using Brookson’s Limited Company Accountancy Service (“Accountancy Service”) or employees of Brookson Solutions Limited, Brookson CIS Solutions Limited or Brookson Medical Care Services Limited (collectively known as “Brookson Solutions”), hereafter known as the Referrer (“Referrer”), or employees of Brookson Limited;
  2. The Campaign runs from the 14th June 2018 until 15th July 2018 (“the Campaign Period”) and provides that, subject to eligibility and the Campaign terms and conditions, if the entrant finishes in the top three league places, each will be entitled to a prize in accordance with the Prize Table below.
  3. In order to be entered into the Competition the entrant must have registered a team and joined the Brookson Group fantasy league before the 1st game of the tournament (Thurs 14th June Russia vs Saudi Arabia). 


4.The Campaign prizes (“Prize”) available to the entrant are set out in the Prize Table below. Brookson has the ultimate discretion to determine which entrants will be entitled to a Prize and retains the option to withdraw the Campaign at any time.

Prizes Available to Referrers via the Prize Draw

1st Place - 2018/19 Football Shirt + £250 Vouchers

       2nd Place - 2018/19 Football Shirt + £50 Vouchers

3rd Place - 2018/19 Football Shirt


4.1       In order for the Referrer to be submitted into the Prize Draw the Referrer must have submitted the Referred’s details to Brookson via one of the platforms identified in clause 3 and the Referred must undergo a ways of working consultation with a New Business Advisor at Brookson during the Campaign Period.

4.2 Offensive team names will result in the subsequent team being suspended from the Brookson Group League

The 2018/19 Football shirt prizes will be purchased based on the winner’s choice of team and size

4.3            Brookson reserves the right to determine when to issue the Prize to the winning Referrer(s).

4.4      Brookson will contact the winners as soon as possible in order to obtain shirt which will then be issued to the winners within 7 working days of the order being placed.  

4.5       Brookson retains the discretion at any time to vary the Prizes available.

4.6       All Prizes will be issued to the Referrer subject to the Campaign terms and conditions.

4.7       Brookson will distribute the Prize to a UK addresses only. It is not possible for Brookson to arrange for the Prize to be delivered to an overseas address.

4.8       No cash alternatives will be offered in place of the Prize and Prizes cannot be changed from the description contained in the Prize Table unless Brookson confirms that the Prize is no longer available.

4.9       Brookson will announce the competition winners on the 16st July and contact the winners within 24 hours.

4.10     If a Prize is not claimed by a winner within 3 months following the date of the Prize Draw, the Prize will no longer be available to them.

5.         All queries or comments relating to the Campaign should be sent in writing to Brookson Limited, “2018 World Cup Fantasy Football League Competition”, Brunel House, 340 Firecrest Court, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1RG.

6.         This Campaign is only open to those people described in clause 1 and persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Campaign is not open to individuals under the age of 18.

7.       Brookson reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the Campaign without prior notice or liability. All Referrers agree to indemnify and hold Brookson harmless against all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature that may result or which Brookson may sustain, suffer or incur as a result of this Campaign.

8.       By participating in the Campaign all entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.

9.       The Campaign is run in accordance with, and will be governed by, the laws of England.
