Umbrella Employment Solution Margin Free Terms & Conditions
1. The no margin retained for 4 weeks offer (“this Offer”) is organised by Brookson Solutions Limited/Brookson CIS Solutions Limited (“Brookson”) of Brunel House, 340 Firecrest Court, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1RG.
2. This Offer runs from the 1st January 2015 until 31st December 2015 (“the Offer Period”) and is available to any person who becomes an employee of Brookson during the Offer Period. Under the terms of the Offer, Brookson will not retain a margin from the rate that Brookson has agreed with the client(s) for the assignment(s) that the employee is engaged for, for a total of 4 weeks. Brookson reserve the right to choose which weeks will be margin free under this Offer providing always that it will be within the first six months of employment.
3. The employee undertakes to indemnify and hold Brookson harmless against all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature that may result or which we may sustain, suffer or incur as a result of Brookson agreeing to provide the Offer to its employee.
5. This Offer is applicable for new employees only. Brookson reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend offers as appropriate. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer of promotion.
6. The Offer is non transferable and no cash alternative is available.
7. Brookson monitors all telephone calls for quality control and training purposes.
8. This Offer is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Offer is not available to persons under the age of 18. If you do not qualify, you are not permitted to use our services or apply for this Offer.
9. Details submitted in accordance with this Offer will be processed in accordance with Brookson’s Data Protection Policy which is available upon request.
